Can I cancel my order?
In order to ship to you as soon as possible, your design is sent to the printer immediately upon order. Due to this quick production timeline, we are unable to cancel an order.
Can I return my personalized stationery?
Due to the highly custom nature of these designs, once a personalized order is placed, it is considered final sale and not eligible for return.
If I order other products with my personalized stationery, will everything ship together?
Your personalized stationery will ship separately from other items in your order, and you will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. If seven business days have passed and you haven’t received a tracking update, please contact us at help@sweetsomethingscalligraphy.com and we’ll be glad to assist you.


What is included with my personalized stationery order?
Each set of personalized stationery includes your personalized flat notes, printed on 100lb cream cover stock paper with corresponding envelopes.
Can I use the personalized images from my order for a logo or artwork on my blog, website, etc.?
All digital images used during the proofing process are sole property and copyright of Sweet Somethings Calligraphy, LLC. and cannot be used for personal logo design or reproduction outside of Sweet Somethings Calligraphy. All illustrations are copyright of Sweet Somethings Calligraphy, LLC and may not be reused without permission.
