What is your return policy?
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping cost. Used, opened, and or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized stationery cannot be returned.
If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact help@sweetsomethingscalligraphy.com
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Regardless of the date an order is placed, if the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.
Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment provides.
If a return exception is made for an order past 30 days, a store credit will eb issued and a refund will not be provided.
